Pocket Studio · macOS
Support
Pocket Studio turns the day's videos and photos from your camera into a family video, right on your Mac. If you have a question or a problem, email us.
Please include your macOS version, Mac model, and app version (Pocket Studio › About Pocket Studio). Pasting the text from "Copy Problem Report" in an error window helps too.
Which Macs are supported?
Macs with Apple silicon running macOS 26 or later. Titles and narration match your scenes when Apple Intelligence is on; otherwise built-in rules are used.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Videos, photos, and audio are processed only on your Mac. See the Privacy Policy.
Does moving an event to the Trash delete the files on my camera?
No. Only that day's folder in your library (the copied originals and finished videos) goes to the Trash. Files on your camera or iPhone are untouched, and you can restore the folder with "Put Back".
The first video takes a while.
The first time, the app downloads the transcription models (about 1.6 GB). After that, it works without the internet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. Choose "Manage Subscription ↗" in Settings › Subscription, or go to Subscriptions in your App Store account.
